Описание утилиты netifcfg

Утилита netifcfg имеет множество опций. Посмотреть их можно при помощи команды:

root@sterragate:~# netifcfg -h

usage: netifcfg [-h]

                {enum,show,get-alias,map,add-device,remove-device,delete,delete-all,save,save-all,version,check,reset}

                ...

positional arguments:

  {enum,show,get-alias,map,add-device,remove-device,delete,delete-all,save,save-all,version,check,reset}

    enum                Print list of existing network interfaces

    show                show current list of persistent ifnames

                        '/etc/netifaces' and list of aliases

                        '/etc/ifaliases.cf' configuration

    get-alias           get alias name by ifname

    add-device          Add new physical interface to list of persistent

                        ifnames '/etc/netifaces' and list of aliases

                        '/etc/ifaliases.cf'

    remove-device       Remove physical interface from list of persistent

                        ifnames '/etc/netifaces' and list of aliases

                        '/etc/ifaliases.cf'

    delete              Remove interface(s) from network configuration

                        '/etc/network/interfaces'

    delete-all          Delete all interfaces from network configuration

                        '/etc/network/interfaces'

    save                Save current state of network interface(s) to network

                        configuration '/etc/network/interfaces'

    save-all            Save settings of all interfaces to network

                        configuration '/etc/network/interfaces'

    version             Show program version

    check               Check if interface's settings can be applied

    reset               Remove controlled interfaces from network

                        configuration '/etc/network/interfaces'

options:

  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
